Executive Summary

1999-2001: South Carolina Department of Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Services found clients receiving only Prime For Life recidivated over a three-year period at a lower rate than clients receiving Prime For Life plus treatment and than clients receiving treatment only.

The treatment-only group and the Prime For Life plus treatment group had similar rates of alcohol dependence diagnosis.
