Prime Solutions System-Wide Training

Upon request, PRI will provide Prime Solutions® (PS) training to large systems. This training can be tailored to the systems unique requirements and based upon discussion prior to training agreement.

TRAININGS AND FEES

PS Level I training (PS I)—$8,000.00 for two days plus travel for up to 15 participants. With an additional trainer, we can provide PS for 30 people at $14,000 plus travel expenses for the two trainers (for 15 people this is $534.00 per participant plus travel; for 30 people this is $467.00 per participant plus travel).

PS Level II training (PS II)—May be done two ways: in-person or via WebEx. Costs are different based on the approach used.

In-person: $8,000.00 for two days plus travel for up to 15 participants. With an additional trainer, we can provide PS II for 30 people at $14,000 plus travel expenses for two trainers (for 15 people this is $534.00 per participant plus travel; for 30 people this is $467.00 per participant plus travel).

WebEx-based: $625.00 per participant with 1 trainer per 10 participants. This training also includes individual coaching and feedback. Systems must permit participants to use Cisco WebEx or similar program on their computer.  This training also includes individual coaching and feedback.

Moving Forward Coding Training—$8,000.00 for two-day training plus travel for up to 20 participants.

Moving Forward Coding Coaching—$1,000.00 for two-hour web-based coaching sessions for up to 10 supervisors.

Coaching and feedback—$250.00 per hour per participant.  This is a service provided separate from the PS II coaching and feedback.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

A Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) member leads each PS training.  Discounts are available for exclusive system-wide implementation of Prime Solutions, including government contracts.  Continuing education credits are available upon request.  If interested, please contact: Michelle Stephen, Director of Training.
